MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE:

The school is under the management of Kapil Smarak Samiti (KSS). KSS is registered under Rajasthan Societies act,1958. The management committee comprises of experienced educators and diverse professionals. Dr Raj Modi is the founder of the school. Dr.Modi is an eminent ophthalmologist settled in U.S.A. since last 34 years. His mission is to give free quality education to underprivileged children in Rajasthan. Mrs.Nirmala Agarwal, a social activist, is a founder member and Director responsible for the administration and day to day functioning of the school. Mr. N K Modi....Secretary KSS, Chairman KGP school Managment Committee helps in adminiatration & Logistics.

TEACHING STAFF:

UBBS has a team of 15 qualified and experienced teachers. The child-teacher ratio is 1:10. The teachers are able to pay attention, give required counselling and attention to each child. Since some of these children are coming from troubled family backgrounds, regular home visits are also conducted by these teachers, making them more as mentors than just subject teachers for the students.
